I had the pleasure of joining Dorian Speed, Marc Cardaronella, and Jonathan Sullivan on The Catechetical Leader Podcast, a podcast for catechists, DREs, religion teachers, and other parish leaders. Jonathan is the host of the show and a representative of NCCL, the National Conference of Catechetical Leadership.
In this episode, we discussed four articles that should be of interest to catechists:
- There Are Different Gifts: The Ministry of the Coordinator of Religious Education
- Social Media: Friend or Foe, Google or Hornswoggle?
- Newborn Babies and Adult Volunteers
- “The Jesus Juke”
You can listen to the podcast online at The Catechetical Leader Podcast Episode 007 or subscribe to it in iTunes.
This is my second appearance on the show and I am very honored to be welcomed back. Earlier this year I was interviewed in the second episode (Catechetical Leader Episode 2), The Digital Areopagus, with William O’Leary, another catechetical blogger, about the benefits of using the Internet to reach out to catechists and religion teachers.
Check out the show and please share your feedback and comments here or on the podcast website.
